My job as your coach is to guide you and partner with you during the process of discovery and awareness during this transformative period of your life.

I view health and wellness from a whole-being perspective. Pursuing or maintaining a healthy lifestyle includes evaluating the state of several areas of your life. At Lauren Good Wellness, we focus on nutrition, movement, emotional wellbeing, relationships, mindfulness, self-care and joy. I will support you with a variety of seemingly simple lifestyle changes in order to build new, healthy habits that will have a positive effect on every aspect of your life through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond.
